Our storefront was designed to allow all our valued
customers to purchase our products on line. This includes retail
customers, OEMs and Dealers. Due to the complex relationship between
products, quantities and customer account status, all prices shown on
this site reflect list prices. When your order is placed by credit card, it
will be reviewed by a LIVE person who will process your order and confirm
actual charges via email, fax or phone BEFORE your credit card is
processed.

site is primarily designed to process orders on a credit card basis. Accounts already established with open account terms may order via
Purchase Order. To establish an open account please contact customer
service for a credit
application. Orders placed via purchase order by accounts not already
established will be rejected. |

Shipping

Shipments
are primarily made via UPS. Other shipping methods are available. Please specify in your ordering instructions.
To assure that you pay accurate shipping charges, we will inform you of the exact shipping charges at the time your order is shipped.
These charges will be based on actual weight, not an
estimate.

Due
to the variety of products offered here, discounts offered depend on quantities ordered, account status etc. Your initial confirmation is
intended to list products ordered at list price.
Where applicable any discounts will be applied and confirmed prior to
actual shipment.

| Returns |
Returns
cannot be accepted without prior approval. Please refer to your original
order number, invoice and packing list numbers when requesting a return. A
10% restocking fee applies. Shipping costs are non-refundable. |
